Bought a sweater and it's very comfy and heavy (in a cozy way). Despite delays due to covid, I still think the shipping was super fast and the tracking was reliable. Had a minor inconvenience but the customer service was speedy and polite. I really recommend this brand for all the points above and also they have amazing designs, looking forward to buy from them again!

My boyfriend and I bought matching cow print sherpa jackets - the black one and the pink one. We originally wanted the blue one but it was out of stock and unavailable so we settled for black instead since we had a coupon for get one, get another half price. It took about 1-2 months to get to us. My boyfriend’s jacket was clean and perfect and mine was a bit dirty with strands of long brown hair on it (i have short black hair). The quality was amazing, the material was very soft and cuddly and warm. I got a lot of compliments while walking around the city with my boyfriend.

The sweater I bought is of very good quality. It is true to size and fits great. Shipment faster than expected. I fell in love with their clothes.

Very cute sweaters! Bought 2 of the cow print for me and my best friend :) quality was excellent, so soft!
One star off only because of sizing, should have ordered a larger size - but I’m quite tall and lanky so that’s probably more in me.

I ordered came within 1 week. Though sizing is a big larger than what I expected but the material is good. The communication with representative is very through-all as well. Overall, I am happy with the service and my purchase.

Ordered the pink jacket with hearts on it, it was very light weight and was able to keep me warm.

i recently received a faulty sweater from this store, but the customer service team was very helpful and quick to solve the problem! they sent a brand new sweater (free of cost) and it arrived very quickly! i’m so happy and grateful!!
